All i did today was:

Bench:

Seated Shoulder Pressed w/ Dumbels (Palms facing in):
10lbs X 50 reps
10lbs X 50 reps
10lbs X 50 reps
10lbs X 50 reps
10lbs X 50 reps
10lbs X 50 reps

These were very tiring, i got a massive pump from all the blood flow, the best part was when i was finished, i had a hard time lifting my arms up.

Funny things i noticed:
When you are used to Lifting heavy, and then you got to just bar weight or bodyweight, you think you are going to crush it, yesterday the shoulder presses really kicked my ass.

But the Funny thing is, when i was in the shoulder press area, alot of the big guys “juicers” - you know the type who scream and yell and look like 275lbs but are only benching 225, etc. I call these types ‘juice monkeys’, I do not care if you are ‘on’ or not, lift smart and strong. No need to have a huge upper body and toothpicks for legs ya know. But i have several friends who train hard as shit and are on, and i would never take anything away from him, its the toothpick legged guys who make AAS look bad.

But back to the story, i was doing shoulder presses with my 10lb dumbells, and it happened to be shoulder day for alot of the big juice guys, they were all taking shit to each other about how “i do 110’s, well i did 120last week, blah blah blah,” And i was doing high reps of 10lbs (50), so if you looked at me while i was on rep 40,41,etc it looked like i was really struggling and needed a spot! lol
