Sorry to dissapoint anyone, max squats wont be for another 2 weeks. Untill then we are crushing other movements. For example we did Heavy Goodmorning’s yesterday with bands and a ton of other heavy shit.

I dont know my numbers exactly on the goodmornings,

but i do know i ended with 2blue plates(20kg/each) and 1 Black (10kg) with a monster green band on both sides. Yes this was heavy as shit and wished i hadnt got to the gym late as i would have set up the camera for everyone.

After those we did stiff leg deadlifts on a platform with a band set up as well. 1 monster blue band. I was able to work up to 285 x 5 for a solid 5, but missed 5 on the next attempt.

My body has to re-adjust to the band tension. Ill be back baby!
