Justin Harris,
I dont know if Im barking up
a wrong tree here, but I have a question regarding PCT. I am pretty
experienced with certain “supplements” and Ive been pretty much on them
in varying doses for about three years. It’s now time to give my body a
break and come off for a while. Are PCT’s really worth it? And if so,
which ones would you recommend? Should I just suck it up and deal with
the withdrawl? Thank You.

I’m assuming by PCT you mean supplements to bring your natural testosterone levels back.

I would recommend anything that keeps estrogen down.
The body plays a balancing act of all hormones. Your body has a substance called aromatase that is found in fat.

Aromatase
converts testosterone to estrogen. By taking an estrogen blocker, your
body senses the decrease in estrogen and can increase testosterone
production that can be converted to estrogen.

So, by lowering estrogen you can trick your body into raising testosterone production.

There are a few good products out there that lower estrogen, 6-oxo can be found at any supplement store.

There are also products that help raise testosterone production.
Tribulus
increases testosterone production (I believe…been a while since I
read up on it) by raising FSH and LH (follicle stimulating hormon and
Leutinizing hormone)

These can raise testosterone levels in the body.

You
can also use products that lower SHBG (steroid hormone binding
globulin). This will all more of your testosterone to remeain “free”
and able to exert its effects on the cell.
Long jack and stinging nettle are two products that can help this.

you can find most or all of these at www.trueprotein.com,
Justin Harris
