Whats up World? Wanted to share my training log this weekend. Was very good. Felt solid. But im sore as hell in my lower back. I need to rest it more.
Took my preworkout pills (2 caps, 1 hr pre workout, then 8 caps, 30-45mins preworkout)
They got me so fucking focused i felt i could squat anything. But it did help me muscle up my last squat attempt.
Friday - Heavy Band Tension Day
Bands: Moster Blue, Monster Green, 2 Black Mini’s.
Tension at Bottom: 150 Minimum.
Tension at top:250-300 Minimum.
Warmups: Just the bar w/ the bands - The band tension was so much, that during my warmup sets i was shaking, the bar even ripped off my back because i was underestimating the band tension.
Set 1: 154lbs x 2 (454 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 2: 198lbs x 2 (500 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 3: 198lbs x 2 (500 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 4: 198lbs x 2 (500 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 5: 198lbs x 2 (500 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 6: 198lbs x 2 (500 at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 7: 220lbs x 2 (520lbs at top) Only Briefs/Belt
Set 8: 242lbs x 2 (542lbs at top) Suit on, Straps Down/Belt
Deadlift Speed w/ Monster Blue Bands:
Tension: Atleast 150lbs (Probably more)
Set 1: 220lbs x 5 (370lbs) - Conventional Stance
Set 2: 286lbs x 5 (436) - Conventional Stance
Set 3: 286lbs x 5 (436) - Conventional Stance
Set 4: 286lbs x 4 (436) - Conventional Stance
Set 5: 286lbs x 9 (436) - Sumo Stance
Was tired, but still needed to get some training in. Since Today(monday) will be a max effort day, i couldnt go any less then 5 reps on the dead.
Ate like a big pig this weekend. Not so healthy, went up 10lbs! From 185 - 195lbs this morning lol. I know its just temp, but its nice letting the body have the food available to make muscle.
