Good Bench workout, shoulder is killing me from the Pin
Presses, but hey, gotta do what you gotta do right?! Im tired of this pain shit
in my shoulder.  Ill worry about my form more then ever now,
but it still doesn’t seem to go away.  Atleast
I can squat right!  But if this doesn’t get
better soon, ill have to shave the bone down.
