Hey everyone, glad your coming back and still reading. Yesterday i had things to do and i was extremely tired so i figured why not just go to the gym thursday. Besides it was a bench day, and all the guys would be there and I want to bench heavy so damn bad.

Today i’m going to be hitting up the gym as well, another rehab day of course to get more blood flowing into my shoulder.

Anyone who is having shoulder pain should definately do what i am doing, you need to really get the blood flowing to break up the scar tissue and calcium deposits so your body can heal itself.

The massive reps and blood pump has had me off ibuprofen for about a week now!
